His mouth fills with disinfectant fluid; the debris and the crushed cigarette float on the surface. In that moment, the doctor realizes he has been unfair to the nurses.

Then he turned to the heel. He opened his mouth wide. His lips closed around the web-covered heel. He sucked. The grey strands came loose, wrapped around his tongue, and slid to the back of his throat. He swallowed. He did it again, sucking harder, cleaning every nook and cranny of the heel until it glistened with saliva, stripped of every trace of web. Claudia lay motionless, her eyes half-closed, feeling only the steady movement of the tongue against the soles of her feet and the warmth of the mouth around her heels.

When he had finished, the sandals were no longer black. They glistened with moisture. The soles and heels were clean.

Claudia has spent the entire day in her magnificent high-heeled wooden sandals; she needs to take care of her feet and especially her toes, which are dry and dusty. The entire video is shot in slow motion and features numerous extreme close-ups, remaining focused almost exclusively on the worn, grime-blackened leather soles, the tongue, and the point of contact between the dirty leather and the mouth.

Claudia’s trash bags were torn open in the street. Garbage is strewn everywhere slimy and teeming with filth. The stench is unbearable: heavy and acrid. Claudia had to step in it to clean it up, and now her soles are disgusting sticky with refuse and reeking of that clinging, foul odor.

She comes back inside. She places one foot, then the other, onto her human doormat. Claudia doesn't even speak to him at first; she walks right over his face to make him feel exactly what he is: a piece-of-shit rug.Then, she gets an idea. She places a foot over his mouth and says, "Lick."

The rotting flesh bursts, oozing into his nostrils and his still-open mouth. Claudia mashes and mashes, smearing it all over his face as if coating an object.
