A Slog Through the Swamp, 2015-03-31
This video opens with Doug, barefooted and wearing a black t-shirt and blue, nylon shorts. I disembarks from his kayak and steps into the soft, black mud. He proceeds to explore a muddy channel, then he returns to his kayak and drags it through water and mud. The mud gets deep and Doug struggles to continue moving, pulling the kayak behind him. In the last scene, he has lost the t-shirt and the camera is in close on his muddy crotch as he pushes the boat back out to the water. This clip was shot entirely on the GoPro, so the audio is not so great. The images are all sharp and vibrant, and the video was shot from many different angles. There are lots of shots of muddy feet, too. The video format is 1280x720, MP4.
