Stress Induced Burps & Hiccups
This 3 day holiday weekend has way too many people out and about. I needed to go shopping for my own bbq and birthday party, which put me right in the middle of everyone else's chaotic vibe. While I normally go with the flow, these people caused me stress. I tend to get gassy, causing me to build up burps that just won't stop! Then come the hiccups, which really tend to keep the burps exploding. I've just returned home and I talk about my experience out with the craziness, burping explosively and hiccupping all the while. With these changing seasons, I have a case of congestion, too. I blow my honking nose several times throughout, only to follow with more burping. My tummy is full of air, and coming home to decompress and let it all out is so relaxing for me. I can feel the tightness of my belly start to dwindle down with each burp I let out. I suppose it could be worse? None of my burps are drink (carbonated, or, otherwise) induced. Mine are all natural and pretty much on command. Some I can't stop, others I strongly push out on my own. Whew...I do feel better by the end!
