A few days ago, I felt a sudden pain in my chest. I was very scared and I contacted my doctor. He told me that I should have followed his advice and stopped smoking or at least reduced my smoking. I swear I tried it but I just can’t do it. It's such an uncomfortable feeling when you know you have no control over your body. I can't stop smoking and because of that I feel ashamed. And when someone gives me a feeling of guilt that I will destroy my lungs forever and I am not able to fight with myself and stop smoking, I feel powerless and ashamed. I blame my doctor for that! I tried nicotine patches and that fake cigarettes, I'm not even sure what they are called, but nothing can replace real cigarettes. I smoke two cigarettes while talking to you about this topic.
