This challenge is truly about testing my lungs! I usually smoke 40 cigarettes a day but for this challenge, the first day I smoke 60 cigarettes to punish my lungs. Then, on the second day, I smoke 40 cigarettes before 4:00 PM. My lungs should really be in rough shape and ready for the challenge. At 4:00 PM on that second day, I go down to the ground floor of my building and start filming selfie-style. First, I explain how much I've been smoking for the past days. Then I film myself selfie-style walking up the stairs as fast as possible all 6 flights of stairs without having to stop. Once I get to the top of the stairs, I am out of breath. I continue filing myself as I take some time to breathe heavily and catch my breath. Then I light up another cigarette and answer the following questions while I am smoking:1. How do your lungs feel? How fast is your heart beating? 2. At what point did you first start feeling out of breath? The first floor? Halfway up?3. A few months ago, you got out of breath walking up 6 flights. Since then, you've become a much heavier smoker. Describe what it was like this time as compared with the previous time. 4. Was it noticeably harder this time?5. Did you get out of breath faster this time?6. Did it take you longer to catch your breath this time?7. If it was actually harder this time compared with the last time, are you concerned about how fast your lungs are being damaged?8. Do you ever get out of breath just sitting around? If so, how often does that happen?9. A year from now, what do you think your breathing will be like?
