Stairstepping to Chopin
Getting ready for a photoshoot always involves pumping up my calves. One of the best ways to do that is to crank out on my portable stairstepper, which I do in this clip for what seemed like hours! You get great looks from a distance, up close, looking up my calves to see the bulging muscles, and frame-filling view of my veiny feet in this long clip. Lovers of flexing, lovers of moving muscle, lovers of very mature legs, and lovers of veiny and tendony feet will go nuts for this clip. Watch as my shredded calves get even more shredded as the minutes go by; see the tendons across my ankle bones slide with every step; and watch open-mouthed as my steely legs pump the stairstepper with renewed energy when I hear Chopin coming from the DVD player. My old calves get really knotted up, and as you shall see, towards the end of the clip when I go up hard on my toes, you'll think the muscles will burst through the skin, they're so tight. Nothing like listening to Chopin and watching old muscles moving, is there? Two treats for the senses, you will agree, after you see this long, enchanting clip.
