Das Szenario würde so ablaufen:
Du kommst durch die Tür herein, mit deinen braunen Leder-Flip-Flops und schwarzem Nagellack.
Vor dir steht ein Aerobic-Step. Es muss kein Aerobic-Step sein – es könnte auch eine Kiste aus Holz oder hartem Kunststoff sein =).
Dann fängst du an, mit deinen Sandalen auf den Aerobic-Step zu steigen, immer abwechselnd mit einem Fuß und dann dem anderen.
Ganz wie bei einem Aerobic-Step-Up. Während du das machst, schaust du mit einem dominanten Lächeln in die Kamera =).
Du machst die Aerobic-Step-Up-Übung weiter und wechselst ständig die Füße.
Irgendwann fängst du an, mit deinen braunen Leder-Flip-Flops immer härter auf das Brett zu stampfen, sodass die Sohlen der Flip-Flops richtig gegen das Brett knallen – sehr dominant =)
Irgendwann während deiner Aerobic-Step-Up-Einheit legst du eine Tomate hin, und dann stampfst du wieder abwechselnd auf das Brett – diesmal auf die Bananen und die Tomate –, während du deine Step-Ups in deinen braunen Sandalen fortsetzt.
Du fängst an, immer härter auf das Brett zu stampfen, sodass die Sohlen deiner Flip-Flops dagegen klatschen.
Immer mal wieder zeigst du die Unterseiten deiner Flip-Flop-Sohlen zur Kamera.
Es soll eine dominante Aerobic-Step-Up-Session sein. Übrigens stampfst du das Obst komplett platt =)
. Du spielst im Hintergrund einen Fitnesssong, der zur Stimmung passt – wähle gerne deinen eigenen =).
