Beschreibung

She back in the gym and lifting heavier than before. She goal was to do an 800 lb set of calf raises. She talks about wanted her muscular calves even bigger than they are and she flexes them in between sets. She also throws in a few sets of seated calf raises for good measure. There's a little calf posing at the end to cap off her incredible feat. The guys in the gym at the time were staring in disbelief. I asked one guy if he wanted to try the weight and he decided to leave that weight to the brave and beautiful. Check it out. You can almost feel how heavy that set must be.
