Sprained Ankle Dr Likes the Pain
Goddess Liv has hurt her ankle and goes to see Doctor Maleka. The dr palpates the affected area aggressively over and over... just to make sure I know what's wrong of course... I make Liv to painful range of motion exercises repeatedly before making my diagnosis of a severely sprained ankle.
I wrap her injured ankle in an ace wrap and make sure it's REALLY tight. Liv is cringing in pain and saying Ouch Ow! but I keep going, sneaking glances at the camera while I inflict pain. After I've wrapped her ankle I squeeze the area to make sure it's tight enough, then add an ankle stabilizer to keep it in place. Of course, this needs to be on extra tight in order to secure the swelling....
