CC - The lost sandals
Claudia had been searching for months. That day, at the back of the filthy workshop, wedged against the old, oily compressor, she found them again. Her sandals. The ones she had thought lost. A slow smile spread across her lips, accompanied by a groan of disgust.
She picked them up. Grime covered everything. The soles were black, thick, and glistening with compacted dust and traces of grease. The heels were disappearing beneath sticky, grey cobwebs. She didn’t wash them. She slipped them on just as they were.
The worn leather closed around her feet. She walked to the sofa and lay down. She ordered her slave to clean them with his tongue. The slave approached without a word. He knelt. His tongue was already emerging broad and wet. He began with the sole. The first stroke of his tongue swept away the black layer. A taste of dust, cold metal, and old oil filled his mouth. He didn’t hesitate. He licked harder and more broadly, pressing his tongue against the filth. The sole gradually emerged lighter in places, yet still stained. He went over it again and again until the blackness vanished beneath his saliva.
Then he turned to the heel. He opened his mouth wide. His lips closed around the web-covered heel. He sucked. The grey strands came loose, wrapped around his tongue, and slid to the back of his throat. He swallowed. He did it again, sucking harder, cleaning every nook and cranny of the heel until it glistened with saliva, stripped of every trace of web. Claudia lay motionless, her eyes half-closed, feeling only the steady movement of the tongue against the soles of her feet and the warmth of the mouth around her heels.
When he had finished, the sandals were no longer black. They glistened with moisture. The soles and heels were clean.
