Winter Puppy Boot Cleaning Duty
I was already annoyed when I noticed that my useless little puppy had disappeared again. So I went outside into the freezing winter yard to find him; and of course, there he was, hiding in a dirty old shed like the pathetic four-legged creature he is.
Since I had to come outside for him, he had one simple task: making himself useful.
I sit down in the cold, stretch out my tan suede ankle boots, and order him to clean them properly with his tongue. Every little groove, every dirty spot, every tiny stone stuck in the sole; all of it belongs to his mouth now. I inspect his tongue, correct him, slap him, laugh at him, and make sure he understands that even this simple duty is far above what he deserves.
After both boots are finally acceptable, I take my leashed slave across the winter yard, make him obey basic commands, correct him with kicks, and put him away where useless little creatures belong until I decide I need him again.
