Brainwashing and Breathwashing
This time, I’m not merely going to take control of your mind. I want your breath as well. Follow my commands and breathe exactly as I tell you. I’ll leave that breath to echo in your ears so you don’t lose your way as I sink you into trance. Your only purpose in the whole world is to breathe for me, and breathe with me. Before too long, your whole body will feel as if it’s floating and tingling, as if you’re a wave on my ocean. Completely dissolved into the vastness of my being. As you sink deep, I wash your brain clean, and then program a mantra into your mind along with the rhythm of that breath: I will obey. I will obey. With every breath you serve me. With every breath you worship me.
If you’re not familiar with heavy breathwork, be aware that the effects are POWERFUL. If you need a break from the rhythm and the body tingling, allow your breath to return to normal for as long as you need. If your mouth feels dry, a few sips of water or a spoonful of honey may be helpful. Breathwork is associated with a variety of health benefits, but may not be for you if you have certain cardiovascular issues, psychiatric symptoms, recent injuries, etc. Please do your research if you are unsure.?
