Veronica's leg workout in workout pants
Your girl begins by doing some plie squats on the Smith machine. She reps out 25 with her own bodyweight, makes some adjustments to her camera and reps out another 20. Her thigh muscles are so pronounced you can see them through her workout pants and watch her abs! Each time she goes down low they stand out like rows of big Chiclets! When she finishes her second set, she hooks her legs over the bar and stretches out her quads, all the while hanging upside down. You will not believe how her triceps stand out as she puts her hands on the floor to steady herself. Then its on to the seated leg press and rep after rep follows. Check her triceps again here! On to the adductor machine she goes next, then to the seated calf machine. This time, she has her workout pants rolled up so you can see all that sinewy muscle flexing and bulging, and you see her veins get bigger and bigger with each rep. Veronica is kind enough to angle her calves towards the camera so you can see how spectacularly muscled they are.
