Banana bloat
I have to admit, bananas always catch me off-guard—I get so bloated from them! In this video, I start right after breakfast and let someone feed me banana after banana, one after the other, until I can barely fit another peel on my plate. I pause long enough to give you a clear “before” shot of my tummy—nice and flat—then dive back into the bananas, watching my belly slowly swell with each bite.
Halfway through, I catch myself in the lens, laugh at how round I’m getting, and strike a quick pose to show off the soft, stretchy curve I’ve created. It feels a little silly but so satisfying to see that banana-powered bump take shape in real time.
Cut to later that evening: I’ve just walked in after dinner with friends, kicking off my shoes and pulling my top down over my fuller stomach. Now my belly is downright plump, whether it’s the bananas, the pasta, or a bit of both, who’s counting? At this point, I could probably pass for twenty weeks pregnant! I lean back against the doorframe, gently pat my round bump.
It’s a lighthearted, honest look at how a simple snack (and a fun night out) can transform your midsection—and leave you feeling perfectly full.
