This time Frank steps onto the mats with Isa Fight — and he knows very well that he’s not getting an easy opponent.

I really like including these little interviews because you get to know the fighters a bit as people before suddenly watching them switch modes and go after each other on the mats. It makes the whole video feel much more personal to me.

Isa Fight is 168 cm and 77 kg and you already know what kind of fighter she is. Strong, physical, determined and always trying to overwhelm her opponent with pressure. She has been working hard on her strength and when she gets an opportunity to use it, she definitely doesn’t waste it.
Frank is 183 cm and around 85 kg, so this time Isa doesn’t have the huge weight advantage she sometimes enjoys against other opponents. And Frank certainly isn’t planning to make her life easy. He’s stubborn, competitive and always fights hard for every point. Even when things aren’t going his way, he keeps looking for another opportunity.
They get 15 minutes of real competitive wrestling to find out who can impose their game on the other.
And there is an extra motivation to win this one, because once those 15 minutes are over, the winner gets another 5-minute punishment round with the loser.
