Alisha: Diapered Yoga on Mat
A yoga mat is already laid out on the floor of the punishment room. Alisha enters wearing a thick white adult diaper and an unsnapped onesie that hangs open at the crotch, leaving the bulky padding fully exposed and on display.
She steps onto the mat and begins a slow, deliberate series of diapered yoga poses. She stands tall and reaches both arms overhead in a deep stretch, the thick diaper shifting and producing a soft crinkle as her posture lengthens. She folds forward into a forward bend, the padded seat rising and stretching with the motion while the plastic outer layer rustles clearly.
Alisha lowers herself to the mat for seated and kneeling poses. She sits back on her heels, the thick diaper spreading and squishing softly beneath her weight. She flows into stretches on all fours, the padded seat rising and falling with each arch and round of her spine, the crinkling sound continuous and prominent. She extends into a low lunge, then a seated forward fold, the diaper remaining fully visible and noisy throughout.
