How to Rescue with Resuscitation
Tracy Jordan and Kymberly Jane provide an instructional video on how to do aquatic resuscitation. The do not do chest compression. They focus on mouth-to-mouth contact and belly or chest inflation. The women each take turns demonstrating on each other how to provide resuscitation. Kymberly lays down first and acts as the napping victim. Tracy explains in detail what to do and how to revive Kym. Tracy instructs that you must check for a pulse, listen for breath, tilt the head, lift the chin, pinch the nose, open the mouth and firmly secure your mouth over the victim's mouth. Once Tracy's mouth is covering Kym's mouth, you will see the cheeks puff and the stomach rise. Tracy goes through the process several times to make sure the process is understood and seen clearly. There are plenty of close ups. To end the video, Tracy and Kym switch roles and Tracy lays down as the victim. Kymberly now moves quickly through the procedure without too much explanation, to give you a real time view of the resuscitation. Kym gives Tracy several mouth-to-mouth breaths and there are plenty of close ups! Tracy even gets air trapped in her belly, causing her belly to remain expanded, inflated and bloated. Kym explains that this is normal and you must press down on the belly to express the air. Both women look amazing and give terrific instruction! This is a resuscitation instruction video that you won't want to miss!
