VeVe's Holiday Workout & Flexing (Dec 2020)
VeVe's getting into the holiday spirit while getting a head start on her New Year's resolution at the same time. She's in the gym today for a festive weightlifting session -- pumping up while oiled up and sporting a tiny red micro-bikini and Santa hat.
She warms up with a round of abs wheel, Russian twist, jump squats, and lunge jumps, before getting into the serious business of the lift. She performs back squats, Romanian deadlift, ball hamstring curls, dumbbell press, one-arm row, upright row, dumbbell curls, and overhead tricep extension, pausing after each set to flex and strike a pose. The camera captures her hard-working, gleaming muscles from many wide and close-up angles.
By the end of her lift, VeVe's and straining for her last reps, but she's happily satisfied with a tough job well done. She concludes with a final round of flexing and a cheery Happy Holidays wish for the audience.
