Beschreibung

It’s SUPER hot here at the moment, and I thought I would try a little ice bath – partly to cool down, and partly to see how long I could bear it! I dump two whole bags of party ice into a cold bath and slowly lower myself in. I get goosebumps almost immediately and I show you how my hands start changing colour, going purple from the cold. I stay in as long as I can bear it and tell you exactly how I’m feeling the whole time.
