Early Morning Constipation & Painful Pushing
Early mornings are the worst times for me to have painful, constipating dumps. I'm still so tired & weak so it takes a lot of effort to push it out. I just want to go back to bed but these cramps woke me up. I haven't taken a dump in almost five days. I feel the heaviness sitting in my lower belly. As I sit on the toilet I keep getting shooting pains each time I push. It's so painful! I try to push the log out but it feels thick & hard. I have an idea. If I wet my asshole & make it slippery with my spit maybe it will come out smoother. So I put some spit on my finger & insert it inside my asshole to get it moist. Then I get ready for the urge to come again. I push & the pain seems to be by my asshole now. It takes all my strength to get this one out. I felt like I was pushing for hours. So relieved when it was over.
