HOUSE ARREST
Lola is an unenthusiastic witness for the prosecution in a major fraud case. To keep her out of harm's way, she has been taken to a safe house where she is guarded constantly by a detective. As the date for testifying draws near, Lola gets cold feet and is determined to back out of her commitment. While her bodyguard detective is busy fixing lunch in the kitchen, Lola sneaks out of the house and makes a run for it. She does not get far before her absence is noticed and the detective gives chase, carrying her back to the house and handcuffing her to a chair to make sure she does not try to leave again. Almost at once, Lola says she needs to visit the bathroom, but now the detective will not believe her and leaves her chained up. As her pleas grow more insistent, he finally relents, but rather than free her completely, he cuffs her wrists together behind her back and tells her she will have to manage in the bathroom like that. Frantic to p-e-e now, Lola struggles with her clothing, but things were left just a little too late and the bathroom floor suffers a serious flood.
