So out of shape! ~ Sweet Maria
Maria gained a lot of weight recently. She gets on the scale, only to be shocked by the high number. She used to be so thin, so skinny... And now she has jiggly arms, back rolls and muffin tops; she doesn't even recognize herself anymore. It's time to do something about it. Maria puts on her workout gear, which is definitely a little too tight on her (her belly and rolls are spilling out of the pants!) and begins her workout session. No longer afterwards, she is puffing, her heart is racing and her muscles are burning. She is frustrated with how little she was able to do; she should just accept that she is now a fat girl and make peace with it - maybe over a large pepperoni pizza and a slice of cake? x
