(English) Claire is in the Coronary Care Unit following amassive CA event. Her condition is still not stable. She is hooked up to a 12 lead heart monitor with nasal cannula inserted, a BP cuff is placed and she is wearing a patient gown. She starts feeling chest pain again and is breathless. She calls the nurse immediately and the doctor arrives and checks her vitals while Claire’s heart rate goes up and down again. Her heart goes arrhythmic. Her breathing is heavy and she loudly gasps for air. The doctor places an O2 mask onto the patient and calls for help. The medical team enters to checks Claire’s vitals while her heart beat gets worse and she slowly starts to fade. A long scene begins with a large medical team around her. They examine her, talk to her and try to keep her awake while she exhibits symptoms of a massive CA. But soon Claire’s heart slows down to a crawl. The medical team starts CPR immediately with real deep and strong chest compressions and ambu bagging her. The defibrillator is charged but there is no response following the shock. They continue the resus procedure. The med team checks her pupils and following many cycles of resus Claire’s pulse finally returns to normal, but she is not stable. Her breathing is still weak. A few seconds later her heart flatlines again. The med team continues resus and preps her for intubation. They remove her gown and intubate her and then try to place the pulse oximeter onto her toe. A very long, dramatic and realistic resus scene occurs with deep and strong chest compressions and realistic defibrillations by a large medical team. Following many cycles of CPR, bagging and defibrillations, finally the patient’s pulse returns to normal and she starts moving on the bed with all the equipment on her and ET tube inserted. She looks stable enough to transport to the cath lab again. A very realistic and exciting clip with many details, large med team, long symptoms scene, deep and strong chest compressions, realistic defibs, bagging, 12 lead, intubation on a nude patient. Many more cycles of the resus are performed until finally Shelly’s pulse returns and she starts to react normally. The nurses meanwhile hot foot it out of there before getting caught! The doctor Shelly gives her the details before the surgery and than listens to her lungs and heart again with her steth. The surgeon marks the places for the procedure on her breasts. Shelly arrives at the Doctor's office for an ECG exam. As She sits on the exam table and Dr.Barbara listens to her heartbeat with her steth. Than nurse Nicky comes and preps the ECG. After ECG gel is placed on Shelly's chest, they place old style vacuum chest electrodes onto busty Shelly's chest and old style clip-on electrodes on her limbs. Once everything is placed the machine starts. As Shelly lays on the exam table the camera takes her from many camera angles. When this exam is over, Nicky checks her and Shelly redresses. As she rests she is intubated and the surgery can start. The surgery proceeds and is finished but Shelly goes into Vfib. The head nurse starts resus immediately with CPR and defibrillations. The doctor ambu bags as she is intubated. Following more rounds of CPR and more defibrillation, her pulse is back to normal.

Heavy smoker Doctor Shelly is very-very nervous... she smokes alone behind the nurses speaking in the hall. Suddenly she has chest pains, gasps for air, and collapses. Three nurses run over to her to see what's wrong. They rush her to the ER room. They cut off Shelly's scrub suit and check her vital functions but she can't find a pulse. The nurses start resus immediately with hard chest compressions. They hook her up to the heart monitor and start ambu bagging. One nurse prepares the 3M paddles while the head nurse charges up the defibrillator. They cycle through many rounds of defib. Later they intubate Shelly. Shelly's large breasts jiggle after the defibrillations and during CPR. Lots of action and many realistic defibrillations. Defib fans will love this one!
