The patient in question has been flashing himself at various ladies in the hospital. Instead of taking him down the station and arresting him, Jessica decides she needs to see the offending articles and decides to punish them instead! With the help of Annalieza, they first crush his balls with their hand and slap and flick with their hands. Next Jessica holds him from behind while Annalieza kicks him hard. They next get him bent over to his balls from behind with lots of slaps and kicks from both of them. He's then sat on his hospital bed, legs spread so they can both slap, squeeze and dig their nails in. He begs for them to stop! But no chance of that, as before long Jessica gives him a good few knees in the balls before laying him down and using their stiletto heels to inflict pain on his squeezed balls. To finish him off he's bent over on the floor for 3 hard kicks each from behind.
