Kayla Kaykez has a dilemma. Its been a while since she has been intimate with anyone and keeps being cancelled by potential prospects. When she was venting to her roommate the conversation took a turn. She knew he was in the same boat and wanted to see if he would be interested. After a little bit of convincing he agreed as long as things wouldn't change in the household.

Miss Raquel was having an issue. The summer heat was getting to her and she really wanted a way to cool down quickly. After searching online she found out it was Underwear Day. The perfect excuse to strip down and beat the heat! That is right when her roommate, Will Tile, came in to see her in all her glory. He had an issue with her just stripping down to her panties in the common area for anyone to see if they walk in and let it be known to her in more than a few words. Raquel assured him it was perfectly fine since it was a semi-holiday and tried to convince him to stop being such a prude about things. It was better to go with the flow and enjoy the freedom of minimal clothing. Will decided to go along with it and get down to his own underwear just to make her happy while beating the overwhelming summer heat. That led to Raquel noticing Will had a something in his underwear that she wanted to get a closer look and have a little experience as a form of celebration for the occasion.

Krystal Davis is having trouble keeping her husband interested in her. She dresses nice and always is affectionate, but he never seems to notice. She ask her neighbor, Will, about how she can get her husband more in the mood. Will is at a loss and just tries to be encouraging, which makes Krystal very happy. She decides that maybe she can show him a little of what she wants to do with her hubby to get the reaction that she wants.

Mandy Monroe, the neighborhood's most enthusiastic gossip, has been treating Will Tile's fence like a confessional booth lately. Their weekly chats have evolved from weather reports to "my husband band thinks a 9-iron is is more exciting than I am" monologues. After their latest neighborhood BBQ where Mandy demonstrated her unique ability to turn potato salad into a sob story, they decided to reconvene for a proper debriefing. That's when Mandy revealed her husband's golf obsession has left her with a serious attention deficit and a proposition that would make even the most desperate home owners association blush. Apparently, Will's lawn maintenance skills aren't the only thing she's been admiring from across the street. Who knew being neighborly could come with such unexpected benefits?

Avalon Mira and her buddy, Will Tile, were on vacation trying to relax and have some fun after a long spring on the daily grind. The both had the same idea of doing a little partying, doing a little sight seeing and then getting laid. The last part was easier said than done though. Both were striking out left and right and couldn't find anyone that was as down as they were to do the naked tango. After airing out how bad things were they both came to the conclusion. There was one way to make sure they actually got some this trip without any guilty or problems later. They would just fuck each other!

Ciara Collins, the new girl on the block, had come over to Will's place for a casual evening chat, but she brought a surprise twist to the conversation. As they were discussing her recent move and the local scene, Ciara let it slip that she was looking for a bit more excitement than the neighborhood offered. She wasn't just interested in any old party-she wanted the kind. where the clothes came off and the inhibitions came down, and where her husband was conveniently absent. Will, who had been listening attentively, finally understood the full scope of her special parties and couldn't help but offer a solution. Why wait for a big bash when they could have a mini one right then and there? Ciara, ever the enthusiastic hostess, was thrilled with the idea. It was like a neighborhood potluck, but with fewer casseroles and a lot more skin.
