Doug is already a mess when this clip starts. Here we find him, wearing muddy, bikini briefs, tying a 35 pound lead weight to his genitals, and sliding into some thick, deep mud. He sinks in a folded position, so his legs are raised and in front (knees against the chest). The weight pulls him all the way under, and he uses a breathing tube to stay under, while he struggles in the thick mud. His feet remain above the mud and visible much of the time.
