Jiujitsu Training (Ft Irene Silver)
One perk to meeting someone so well trained in martial arts as Irene Silver is the opportunity to learn. She secured a test dummy to show Me a few things and I came away with some cool knowledge.
From rear naked to kimura, devastating armbars to breast smothers, Irene's technique in applying these holds is flawless. She walks Me through each one to try Myself, while dummy gets squeezed, stretched and smothered to the point that he's helpless to do anything but tap out. Can't wait to learn even more!
