Ghost Nanny
Imagine you are walking a quiet path at dusk, and there is a light on in an old manor ahead - one window, high and small, left burning on purpose for someone who still needs looking after. The door opens before you touch it. Inside, past the music box and the smallest door, a place has been waiting a very long time. The Ghost Nanny meets you there without surprise, wraps you in a blanket still warm from the dryer, and helps you into an enormous antique crib. She checks that you are snug and dry, tells you that you need not think about it at all, and rocks you slowly while every adult worry is left hanging on a coat hook in the hallway where it cannot follow you in.
A soft, unhurried guided regression for anyone who is tired of making grown up decisions. Nothing is required of you here - not your attention, your responsibility, not a single choice. Along the way you'll be given two gentle anchors: both of which will return you to the crib feeling on command, as easily as closing your eyes. Ends with a slow, kind emergence and permission to stay as small and held as you need. Roughly 25 minutes long. Best with headphones, a blanket, and nowhere to be.
