I have accepted another extreme smoking challenge! These are the rules of the new challenges, and spoiler-alert I completed it this time!
-All 4 cigarettes are 100s cigarettes -do the entire challenge sitting down-This time, really make an extra effort to hold the smoke in your lungs a full 5 seconds before you exhale. -after you're done with your 4th cigarette, take a moment to catch your breath. Then, light up another cigarette (which you can smoke normally) and, while smoking that cigarette, answer the following questions:
1. How do you feel? What hurts the most? How did your lungs feel halfway through? How do your lungs feel now? 2. Explain that when you aren't feeling well, your normal instinct is to smoke a cigarette. And even though your body really doesn't want any more smoke, you feel the need to smoke another one right away. That's why you had to light up another one after the challenge part was over. 3. You've said in other videos that you got an oxygen tank for your emphysema. Show me the oxygen tank in the video. Then explain why you got the tank. Do you use the tank every night when you rest or only occasionally? What do you do when you rest at a hotel? 4. How old were you when you first started smoking a pack per day? How much do you smoke per day now? On a normal day, how long after you smoke a cigarette does it usually take before you get cravings for another cigarette? 5. Describe your smoker's cough.
