Setting up her background, Akira slips and falls off her ladder, wearing high heels no less! Screaming and crying in pain, Akira reaches down to hold her foot and knee. Hearing her cries, Ambriel and Maria rush in to help her! Slowly pulling her heel off, as Akira is screaming and crying in pain, they see that it is swollen instantly. They grab the scissors, slowly painfully screaming in pain, and cut Akira's stocking off, camera close up. Since her foot is so broken! They take a small towel and wrap it around her foot and knee, then wrap a bandage over it. Slowly they help Akira stand up, excruciatingly painfully, and help support her to the hospital.
