Suspended Torment, 2018-04-23
In this clip, Doug is suspended by a rope around his hips that is also tied to his genitals. His wrists are cuffed (steel cuffs) through a large vine in front of him, and his ankles are stretched towards a hard point behind him, with the rope through a ring and tied to his genitals.
When Doug struggles, he tugs on his genitals. His only hope for relief is to hold his legs straight out and avoid pulling with his arms. Even then, the rope around his balls that wraps around his waist is always tormenting him. There is really nothing he can do to get comfortable, he can only strain to avoid making matters worse.
This clip also features a nice view of Doug's bare feet.
