My humble suggestion, there is a clip you've never done before, where you alternate between sitting and crossing your legs and then standing while flexing your legs and calves, as you pose for the camera. Please, could you also include countdowns and full views of you from head to toes.
Please take this idea for an ambiguous project for the possible future. And thank you very much in advance for your timely and sweet replies.
