Holiday Weight Gain Challenge - 720 MP4
We've all seen those 30 day fitness challenges on IG, but now it's time for a different kind of challenge. Forget losing weight... who wants that?! Instead, this holiday season, you are going to GAIN!! The holidays really are the best time of year for those who want to gain weight, so I want you to take full advantage of this Christmas season. Whether it's eating extra mashed potatoes or taking a second (or third!) slice of pie, I want to make sure that this holiday season, you stuff yourself silly. Eat more than you normally would. Indulge more than you normally would. The theme of this holiday season is indulgence! Eat every last crumb off your Christmas dinner plate and gain more weight!
