Once again Charlie finds herself in trouble. This time she is pretending to be someone else so as to claim extra benefits but unfortunately she is interviewed by the same rather nasty lady doctor from the department. She soon has Charlie confessing to the truth of the matter and then sets about her in a most unorthodox manner for a government employee. She produces a riding crop from her doctor’s bag and makes a very reluctant Charlie hold out her hands fort a good number of strokes. Once the girl is reduced to tears she makes her strip down and bend over the table where she covers her legs and bottom with some very nasty and painful stripes from the riding whip.
