Reagan screams with laughter and whips her head back and forth wildly, the only body part she can move effectively, as her feet are subjected to a BRUTAL TICKLING! Kitty even uses Reagan’s own hairbrush against her, scrubbing her silky soles with the brush until she’s practically CRYING WITH LAUGHTER!
