Can't hold it in any longer
Smiley is weird about peeing at the gym so she waits until she gets home. However, she is always about to burst by that time and she rushes straight to the bathroom when she walks through the door. She barely makes it to the toilet the first time. But the next day she comes home from the gym and rushes over to the bathroom and her roommate is in the shower! With the door locked! Smiley begs to come in and pee but her roommate is ignoring her and making her wait. Smiley is getting impatient and is banging on the door, pleading for her roommate to let her in. She does the have to be dance and is bouncing around trying not to pee her shorts. Eventually She can't hold it any longer and pee comes rushing down her legs. She keeps begging to come inside the bathroom because she is still trying to not empty her entire bladder on the floor. Pee keeping rushing out all over her shorts, legs and eventually starts to pool in her shoes. She is flooding the floor and her clothes are getting soaked. Smiley stops holding it and just lets it flow. She takes off her shoes and socks and squeezes out a ton of pee that flooded her sneakers and socks. She continues to pee and pee until it's all out of her bladder. Her roommate will have to walk through her piss puddle when she finally gets out of the shower.
