Katrina's Mouthpiece Evaluation (MP4)
Katrina reviews our latest selection of mouthpieces for comfort and effectiveness. She begins with the now-standard SDI Diagnostics spirometer mouthpiece with an integral lip ring, then tries our prior standard mouthpiece, which lacks a lip ring. She then tests a small mouthpiece made from a dysphagia lip blocker, then our new trumpet mouthpiece, followed by the increasingly popular tuba mouthpiece. Some clearly work better than others, and the best allow her to produce a respectable 2.5 psi.
