Realtor's Dilemma 2
Aften is in the process of closing out today's Open House when she gets a call from her boss saying there is one more client coming by, he warns her that this client is "OLD SCHOOL", which confuses Aften, but she reassures him she's got it under control.
So the client arrives and as Aften is about to show him the rest of the house, he interrupts her and tells her she would be just wasting her time, he finds the market too high right now and thus is hesitant to pull the trigger. Aften tries to talk him into at least letting her show him all the rooms at which point he comes up with a proposal for her - he will let her show him the house but for each room she shows, she must REMOVE AN ARTICLE OF CLOTHING!
