Descripción
Scarlett has won the big ballet contest, and her friend Charlotte is very angry cause she thinks she cheated. Charlotte is going to get to the bottom of this!
Charlotte has Scarlett's feet tied up with her hands tied behind her back. She wakes up Scarlett by rubbing a feather down her face. At first Scarlett is very upset but then realizes her predicament.... especially because she has super ticklish toes!! Charlotte runs the feather up and down Scarlett's bare soles driving her crazy
To make matters worse, to really torment Scarlett Charlotte pulls out her hairbrush and uses it on Scarlett's super ticklish and tender soles....
