Do you have access to an old car, van or truck with a manual transmission where you can do a custom clip struggling to shift gears, grinding gears as you tried, needing both hands sometimes to get it in gear, and desperately fighting the jammed gearstick as you're stuck in an intersection holding up traffic, or at a railroad crossing.

Here's the video script we talked about; figure a 10 minute video. Nails long if possible; clear or a light color. Your emotions while trying to drive the car range from desperate to panic to straining as you're using all your strength at times to try to get it in gear.

Your boss tells you to drive the old car with the bad transmission to the repair shop. You're not too good at driving manual, especially with a bad transmission, but you don't want to lose your job since you told him you could drive anything.

You get in the car and try to shift into reverse; then try 1st; won't go; gears keep grinding loudly as you try. "OMG; I can't get it in gear!" You try and try; using both hands (make sure you grip stick tight and I see your nails; video from outside car and then inside).

You finally get going but still can't shift into 2nd; grinding; try hard; desperate; won't go!! You try this a few times; from a stop, it into 1st but can't get into 2nd. You pretend you're stuck at the railroad crossing and the gearstick is completely jammed; pull; pull; oh it's jammed; train coming; OMG; come on; shift!!! Jammed!!!" You fight the gearstick with all your strength; one hand; then both hands; until it finally goes in and you're on your way, struggling and grinding gears still (maybe final scene video from outside behind car as you pull away struggling with the gears.

The End.
