Do a 20-minute video showing off your uvula. At the beginning of the video, show your face first. Afterwards, while showing your face, open your mouth wide and show your relaxed uvula and the back of your throat and zoom into your wide open mouth. Make sure that you keep your tongue down, in your mouth, and that the back of your tongue does not block the back of your throat. Also make sure you have excellent lighting when showing the back of your throat. The view should look like the following while showing the back of your throat after zooming in.
While in this view, move your uvula by saying long and short "ahhs," with mostly long "ahhs." Before showing your face again, say one last long "ahh" and then show your relaxed uvula. After showing your relaxed uvula, close your mouth and then zoom back out to your face.
