Darkness Into Light - Guided Meditation & Healing
This is a very special guided meditation and healing mesmerisation file suggested to me by a dear friend on Twitter. It’s designed to help you get rid of negative thoughts. You are led to a hillside to watch the setting sun with me. As the darkness falls it gently pulls your negative feelings out of you, allowing you to let them go. When the sun has finally set, the sound of my voice lulls you deep into trance where you can heal and rest. Until at last the night is over and the light of the rising sun fills you with all the peace and goodness in the world.
