Rubbing My Ears Calms Me Down!
I'm auditioning for a big role and I'm very nervous and anxious! I read online that rubbing your ears can help with calming nerves down, so I decide to give it a try.
I begin to slowly massage my ear lobes, then the entire ear. I think it's working; cause I'm becoming more relaxed. I really like the way it feels. I begin to massage and rub both ears at the same time, this feels really nice! I think I will be using this ear rubbing technique a lot!
