This is a HD stretching/ exercise/ yoga, knee high socks, sneakers, and humor clip. I enjoy my daily (in an ideal world) stretching, while I release some muscle tension, being careful not to push my muscles past their current limits. At times I get bored with the instructor's pace, and I add in some (what some people would call inappropriate) moves. C'mon...we all love downward facing ***..don't we? Hahahaha. Some spazzing out, in reaction to energy/ tension releases.When I complete the standing stretches my head and face are temporarily out of frame, but primarily my mischievous little face, is in frame. I smile and make direct eye contact frequently, pulling funny faces at you. Enjoy XOXOXOXOX- I did.
