Nikki Napoli and Rick Savage fans unite. Nikki knows how to take pain, and Rick knows how to dish it out. Rick pops Nikki's tits out, mauls them, secures her hands behind her back, binds her tits, puts heavy clamps on her nipples, and beats them until they are bruised and red. And if that is not enough, Rick strips her naked, gags and secures her breasts, and cinches her pussy. Clover clamps on the nipples add a painful touch, as Rick leaves Nikki standing and hurting.

Nikki has her nipple rings replaced with shields that cover just her nipples. She performs an intimate examination of her navel and clithood. Then they are pierced. Nikki screams. The pain is very real!

Porn star Nikki Napoli has decided it is time in her career to get her nipples pierced, so this pain slut starts off with a pair of 12 gauge rings and purple balls. You watch it all, from a brief interview before the piercing, through the entire and extremely painful event, to her proud displays afterwards. This is all very real!
