Sentina marche sous la pluie avec une chaussure très pratique et un bas. Le problème est que son autre jambe est plâtrée et elle peut sentir le trottoir mouillé et sale sous ses plantes de pieds et orteils partiellement exposés. C'est une sensation vraiment dégoûtante et elle veut sortir de la pluie. Après avoir monté les escaliers en boitant, elle découvre que le café dans lequel elle essaie de se réfugier est fermé pour nettoyage, alors elle monte péniblement les escaliers jusqu'à son appartement, et passe avec gêne devant des gens qui regardent son pied plâtré et ses orteils mouillés exposés. Quand elle rentre dans son appartement, tout ce qu'elle veut faire, c'est nettoyer son pied exposé mouillé et sale, puis se reposer sur le canapé. Cependant, elle ne peut pas ignorer la sensation dégoûtante car le dessous de son plâtre est encore humide. Elle continue d'examiner son pied plâtré en utilisant ses doigts pour essayer de le nettoyer. Nous pensons que celui-ci est à voir absolument car il met en scène une mignonne plâtrée adonnée à des jeux de pieds avec de belles vues POV et des gros plans sur les pieds.

Sentina sort en boitant avec son amie vers la place et le parc et s'arrête sur un banc pour poser sa jambe plâtrée pour une longue séance de signature de plâtre (gros plans, vue en contre-plongée des orteils plâtrés). Elle continue son boitement et défie son amie à une course de boitement. Cette version est le montage du réalisateur (3,5 minutes de plus) avec plus de boitement, de signature de plâtre et de dialogue.

Sentina and Kelly are cleaning up their apartment. Sentina steps up on a chair to find something up on the shelf but starts feeling dizzy and falls down. Kelly screams and calls out to her, but she just moans in pain. The paramedics arrive and start examining the patient. She moans in pain and her breathing is weak. The med team removes her top, inserts a Mayo pipe, and places an O2 mask onto her face because her breathing sounds shallow. They hook her up to the heart monitor and checking her BP. They try to stabilize her and pull her bra down for better auscultation. The patient’s nipples are visible, and they have set up a 12 lead ECG for complete diagnose. The medical team realizes they must help her to breath with ambu bagging. The med team intubates the patient and affixes the tube with tape. Then they cut off her bra. Sentina sort en boitant par une belle journée ensoleillée, vêtue d'une robe d'été et de talons hauts, avec ses orteils dépassant d'un plâtre sur son pied cassé. Son amie suggère d'aller dans un café en plein air près de la rivière, mais cela demande beaucoup de boitement et de navigation dans les escaliers pour y arriver. Sentina est heureuse de pouvoir reposer son pied lorsqu'ils s'assoient enfin pour manger. Après avoir fini, son amie suggère de faire une promenade, mais après avoir affronté plus d'escaliers, les orteils de Sentina dans leur plâtre sont très chauds et serrés, dépassant au soleil et touchant le sol brûlant. Elle suggère de s'asseoir. Son amie a un remède pour son pied brûlant. Elle prend sa bouteille de boisson froide qu'elle a bu et refroidit ses orteils exposés avec la bouteille. Cela semble fonctionner et bientôt, Sentina est prête pour plus de boitement (version abrégée).

Sentina has a problem. She's got to go to her best friend’s party, but she's got a cast on and it’s hard for her to get around, much less dance. So, she's come to a dance studio for some private lessons with the head trainer wearing the outfit and heel she intends to wear. She wants her to help teach her some moves in her unbalanced heel without getting her outsized casted foot and exposed bare toes stepped on. The teacher is surprised as she checks out Sentina’ s single heel and other casted foot with her painted toes sticking out of it and wonders how effective she can be. Nevertheless, she decides to give it a try helping Sentina learn balance while moving her legs on a chair and then getting her up on her two unbalanced feet to show off some moves. Sentina proves a good if someone awkward student sauntering around on her plaster foot and she is a ready as she can be for a gimps night out.

Sentina comes to the office, but the boss still hasn't seen her in her new leg cast after her accident and she is worried about her job because she must stand a lot of the day to deal with customers. She looks out the window and sees her boss is getting ready to eat outside on this hot summer day. So Sentina decides to gimp out and show her temperamental boss her casted condition while she is relaxing. To Santina’s surprise her boss seems really understanding... too understanding in fact as she is clearly over interested in her cast and her exposed toes sticking out of it as she examines every inch of it. Her boss pulls at Sentina's big toe and sticks her fingers between them tickling poor Sentina at times. All she can do is let her boss play with her partially bare casted foot to keep her job. Finally, the boss gives Sentina back her foot and they gimp back to the office together. An excellent foot play clip with nice closeups from a variety of angles featuring cutie Sentina.

Sentina is still feeling sexy despite her leg cast. She puts on a lil black dress and flat despite her high cast heel and gimps on out to the park looking pretty with her photographer friend who she asks to take pictures of her around the various monuments. They gimp around finding picturesque places and platforms that Sentina can stand on to take POV shots, and thy even takes images of her casted foot (closeups). Sentina is looking great as always for a petite girl with big feet and cute bare toes sticking out of her cast.

Sentina has missed a lot of school because of her accident and needs tutoring lessons. She crutches into the tutor’s office and finds out quickly that the new tutor has some tough love ideas about tutoring. If Sentina gets an answer wrong the tutor throws a pen on the floor and Sentina must crutch over and pick it up with her toes. It doesn't take long before this method starts working and Sentina is answering more questions correctly to not go through such a difficult and embarrassing process. As she answers more correctly the tutor gets a but friendlier and asks her about her cast and Sentina shows her how she deals with an itch on her foot in the cast by shoving a pen down it. When the lesson finally ends Sentina crutches off and down the hall.

La réanimation dramatique de Sentina se poursuit après une réaction allergique. L'équipe de paramédicaux coupe les shorts de Sentina avec des ciseaux et effectue une RCP avec des compressions thoraciques fortes et avec le ResqPump. Le défibrillateur est chargé mais il n'y a pas de réponse après le premier tour. Ils effectuent une RCP manuelle pendant laquelle ils retirent le tuyau Mayo de la bouche du patient et le préparent pour l'intubation. Lorsque l'intubation est terminée, ils fixent le tube ET avec du sparadrap. Suivant de nombreuses, nombreuses autres cycles de RCP, de ventilation et de défibrillation, ils installent une machine Lucas sur le patient et passent aux coussinets AED. La réanimation se poursuit et après de nombreuses autres cycles de RCP Lucas, de ventilation et de défibrillations, le pouls du patient revient à un rythme cardiaque normal. Elle est maintenant prête à être transportée. Une excellente vidéo de réanimation sur place comprend une RCP avec des compressions thoraciques profondes et fortes avec beaucoup d'équipement. Lia arrives home feeling dizzy, nauseaus and with chest pain. She prepares a bath and calls her friend Sentina and asked her to jump in with her because she isn't feeling well. She lays in the hot water. Her heart starts beat irregularly. Lia gasps for air and grabs her chest but in the next few seconds her heart goes into full CA. She slowly sinks in the water. Sentina arrives to find her. SHe immediately calls the ambulance but cannot move her from the bathtub. When the parameds arrive Sentina holds her friend's head above the water. The paramed team helps take her out of the tub and lays her on the floor. They wipe her body and starts resus, but first they try to remove any water from the patient's lungs. CPR is initiated along with ambu bagging. The med team places the AED pads and after the first round there is no response. They attempt a few more cycles of CPR protocol and the patient's weak pulse returns. The med team puts an O2 mask on the patient and prepares a 12 lead ECG. Lia has a heart attack and is breathing heavily. Suddenly her heart flatlines again. The med team continues CPR with the ResQCPR Pump and more ambu bagging. They use the AED on the patient's heart multiple times and perform more cycles of the CPR - bagging until finally the patient's pulse returns to normal and is ready for transport to the hospital.
