Seasonal Snot
Seasonal allergies are year round thing for me. My days consist of being constantly stuffed up, having watery itchy eyes, nose blowing and SNOT! It's like I feel sick, but I'm not. I blow my nose so much its chapped and red. Today is not different. I blow my nose but it seems like that just isn't enough. So I incorporate some sneezing manipulation by tickling my nostrils with a q-tip. Nothing feels better than a good, hard sneeze to clear the nasal passages. I sneeze so hard my snot shoots out and ends up under my nostrils and covering my chin, dripping from it. But oh, does it feel so good. Even blowing my nose hard feels good. The vibrations from blowing hard even tickle my nose! In the end I include a short post workout nose blowing scene from last week. I always have a stuffy snotty nose after my workouts!
