I have plastic wrap around my head, over my mouth so I can only breathe through my nose. Alexa stands on me for the entire 10 minutes across my belly! I hold my breath long each time to get maximum contractions and struggles and gasping. I get a very short couple of breaths then have to hold my breath again.I wear the black outfit that shows my ribs lower belly and hip bones. Straddles and gasping result in more rib movement since not breathing through my mouth.
This is terribly hard and painful and I struggle because Alexa is a lot heavier than me. Her big feet sink into my poor belly and I can't keep my abs contracted.
