How I Know I’ve Gained Weight
There are a few ways I know I've gained weight without actually getting on the scale. I talk about those with you and point them out on my body. When I was editing this video I realized my stretch marks are a lot more noticeable than they were a few months ago, so I think that means my stomach is getting even bigger!
