COVID-19 infected testicles (Castration)
We are constantly testing our patients at the hospital. COVID-19 can be detected from body secretions and we found out that your sperm contains the corona virus! The infection is localized, so the problem is found inside your testicles. We try to save the testicles by a painful procedure. We will dilate the urethra with a sounding plug, and then apply a decent amount soap into the penis! Everyone knows that the virus can only be destroyed by soap, so with the soap and the sounding plug we will go back and forth inside your penis to make it clean. At the end of the procedure you should ejaculate into a sample container that we have to scan again. If the virus test is negative, you can go home. If the test is positive... then unfortunately we have to remove the infected testicles...
